Previous GP Letter, Hospital letter, Brief summary of medication
(hand written lists will not be accepted, as this is not clinically safe)
Doctors: 8:30am until 10:00am - "walk-in" emergency surgery mon-fri
8:30am until 11:00am by appointment
3:00pm until 6:00pm by appointment mon,tues,wed, thurs & fri
Practice Nurse: Daily both morning and afternoon.
Sexual Health Drop-in Clinic Monday 5pm-7pm (see services offered)
Blood Clinic Tuesday - Thursday a.m only - Please book an appointment either at reception or by ringing the surgery. This includes a test service for the elderly and patients on regular Methotrexate monitoring. Alertnatively you can have your test done at the blood clinics which are available at South Liverpool Treatment Centre or the York Centre. Blood forms will be provided by your GP.
ABPI Clinic (Ankle Brachial Pressure Index, GP request) held between 11.30am - 12.30pm
Antenatal Clinic: 1:00pm until 3:00pm Wednesday
Baby immunisation Clinic: 1:00pm until 3:30pm Wednesday
Liverpool Health Trainer: Sessions held Thursday afternoon
This can be accessed by either asking your GP for information regarding referral or calling 0800 13 13 141
Anti-coagulation clinic: Thursday & Friday afternoon (by referral from GP)
Prescribing requests will take 2 working days to process.
Your prescription will be ready for collection after 4.30pm, 2 working days after you have requested it.
Calls for prescribing queries can be taken only after 11am.
Prescribing requests should be put into the 'Box' on the wall in the surgery entrance.
Alternatively you can request a prescription by:
1) In person. Simply tick the items required on the right-hand-side of your
prescription and place it in the box in the surgery entrance hall.
2) Via a local Chemist. Most of our local pharmacies are now involved in the Electronic Prescriptions Service and are happy to deliver and
collect prescription requests to and from the surgery. Speak to your pharmacy or reception to get registered for electronic requesting via the Patient Access App.
3) By E-mail. We are delighted to offer this new service. E-mail your
